From forming your band and developing your sound to rehearsing together and preparing for a live performance, you'll experience what it's really like to be part of a band.
Whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time or have been playing for years, Rock Band is all about making music, finding your sound, and sharing the stage with other musicians. Build your skills, grow your confidence, make connections, and work towards the ultimate goal: performing live in front of a real audience.
Open to all ages. All you need is a love of music and a willingness to rock.

HOW ARE BANDS FORMED?
Every great band starts with the right mix of musicians! At Rock Band at Upbeat Studios, Mike Carver brings musicians together based on their musical experience, instruments, interests, music taste, and availability to create a band that's the right fit.
New to the programme? If you're not already a private student, you'll start with a free 15-minute placement audition and meet & greet. It's a chance for Mike to get to know you, learn about your musical experience and interests, and explore the best fit for your band experience.
Private 1:1 lessons aren't required to join, but they're highly recommended to help you develop your skills and feel confident playing with your bandmates.

$200 PER BAND, PER 2-HOUR REHEARSAL
Typically 1–2 rehearsals per month.
